01 · Spot it

We listen to the whole market.

Dozens of sources, global and local, fused by our market intelligence engine: search, social media, visual discovery, marketplaces, bestseller charts, ads, reviews and competitor catalogs. What we weigh, and how, stays in the kitchen.

  • Global and local sources in one picture
  • Early movers spotted while the window is still open
  • Your own sales data joins in when you are ready
02 · Prove it

We turn signals into ideas, then test them.

What people search for, complain about and can't find becomes a short list of product ideas. Each one is checked against more data and real buyers before you spend a cent on production.

  • A ranked list, not another dashboard
  • Clear "skip" calls that save you from dead stock
  • Tests with real buyers, synthetic shoppers in beta

03 · Make it

A brief your team can produce.

The winning idea becomes one clear page: what to make, for whom, at what price, where first and by when. It goes straight to your team or supplier. No partner who can release fast? We help you find one.

  • Spec, price, market and timing on one page
  • Ready for your team, supplier or licensor
  • Partner matchmaking when you need it

04 · Sell it

Launch, learn, repeat.

Once the product is out, real sales flow back into the engine. It learns what worked in your market, so every season's picks get sharper and harder for competitors to copy.

  • Sell-through tracked against the forecast
  • Reorder and next-idea signals in one place
  • An engine that gets smarter with every launch
Case

A children's publisher stopped guessing which books to make next.

Before

Picks made on taste

Every season the team had dozens of possible titles and formats on the table and chose by gut feel. A wrong pick meant a print run sitting in the warehouse for a year.

What we did

Read their market in six languages

We ran their category through the engine: search and social trends, marketplace and bestseller rankings in every market, and competitor shelves. Then we scored each opportunity by theme, format and market.

Result

Clear product recommendations

They got a ranked list of what to make, where to launch it first, and what to skip. The first recommended products are now going into production.

Questions

What people ask first.

Where does your data come from?

From a mix of public, licensed and local sources: search, social and visual platforms, marketplaces, retailer charts, ad libraries, reviews and competitor catalogs. When you are ready, your own sales data joins in and makes every forecast sharper. We don't need your internal data to start.

Do you replace our buyers or product team?

No. Your people keep the final call. We give them a ranked shortlist with evidence, so decisions are faster and easier to defend.

Which categories do you work with?

Physical products with short production cycles and trend-driven demand: books, toys, gifts, stationery, home, indie beauty and private label. Our first and deepest case is children's publishing in Central and Eastern Europe.

What does it cost?

The market exploration has one fixed price, €1,500, and €490 during Tech Week. After that, most clients keep the loop running per season. We are also open to sharing the upside on products that hit their sell-through targets.

Why it matters

The market tells you what it wants. Most of it never reaches the product meeting.

The signals are public but scattered across platforms and languages, so product decisions still get made on gut feel. One wrong bet is a warehouse of dead stock.
